Wallingford, CT - Ultra Electronics-DNE Technologies, a provider of tactical voice and data communication solutions, announces it has signed Joint Tactical Solutions (J2TS) to an agreement allowing J2TS to resell and represent Ultra-DNE network access products as components in their integrated solutions.
J2TS provides integrated communication solutions for tactical and strategic applications. They specialize in Department of Defense (DoD), Homeland Security and Defense, Government and Municipal solutions, using a wide variety of network securities and technologies. J2TS is currently using Ultra-DNE's network access products in their Flexible Converged Services System - Type 1 Encryption (FCSS-T1E) solution, a network system that converges Legacy and IP services with Type1 Encryption.This technology gives organizations with serial encryption devices the ability to do Type 1 secure wireless or wired communications. It also provides the same secure communications using AES encryption devices. Other solutions using Ultra-DNE products are also being developed.
Ultra-DNE manufactures network access products for tactical communications solutions. Their network access concentrator line includes the TAC Multiservice Access Concentrators and the PacketAssure Service Delivery Management Platform. Ultra-DNE's TAC line offers flexible configurations for relieving the bottleneck of constrained network links, while supporting serial Legacy traffic. Ultra-DNE’s PacketAssure line complements existing IP router networks by reliably shaping and policing LAN segments, assuring service delivery across congested links while supporting currently deployed Type 1 Encryption devices.
