Terms and Conditions for Usage:

Ultra Electronics-DNE Technologies (herein after referred to as “DNE”) grants permission to use the photos and images contained on its web site for the purpose of business republication to be used in trade publications, including (but not limited to) print, web site, and advertising material in order to illustrate or demonstrate DNE products.

By downloading the file, the user is agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1) DNE retains all rights, copyrights, and trademark ownership to the DNE image, photo, logo and its product names, images, and likenesses, and only grants permission for use within the limitations of this agreement.

2) The photograph or image must be reprinted as it appears on the Ultra-DNE web site without any deletions, additions or edits. Logos, trade names or images must remain with the image.

3) The marks, images or logos may not be used in any way or manner that implies the endorsement of any person, product, program or service other than the original intent of this permission outlined above.

(4) No one may manufacture for sale a product containing or featuring the logo or name other than DNE.

(5) Anyone who uses these photos incurs an obligation and fiduciary duty to maintain the integrity and consistency of the photo within the guidelines of this agreement.

(6) Use of the logo or photographs in an inappropriate manner, including distortion, willful misleading, or deliberate falsifications may result in legal action.
